In order to use our services, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card that we accept.
All jewellery is handcrafted and made-to-order - and will take between 2-6 weeks to be completed. Customised and special pieces may take up to 8-10 weeks.
If you need your jewellery delivered before a certain date, please write to email@example.com to check the estimated delivery time.
Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Pernille Holm Jewellery is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
We offer FREE shipping in Denmark.
Shipping to the rest of the world differs from country to country. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to check whether we ship to your country and what the expenses will be.
Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience.

You are welcome to pick up your purchased jewellery at Pernille Holm’s workshop, Thorvaldsensvej 56, 1871 Frederiksberg C. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange new unworn and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping cost of exchanged and returned items is your own. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: BESPOKE AND CUSTOMISED JEWELLERY CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
All items must be returned in its original packaging and must be unused and returned in the original condition, intact and undamaged. Any returned item in unsuitable condition will not be refunded.
Please note that the items are your responsibility until we receive them at Pernille Holm Jewellery’s return address. Pernille Holm Jewellery is not responsible for any items that are returned in error or lost in the mail. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and insure the return shipment. We also recommend you to retain proof of sending.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice and the returned unused item(s).
If you wish to exchange an item, please write an email with the specific details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any exchange must take place within the 14 days of return right.

You can also return the items in person in the workshop. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
All jewellery is handcrafted individually with unique artisan techniques and as such may vary slightly from any photographs or items in stock. This is part of the beauty of handcrafted jewellery.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
When placing an order at this site, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail, notifying you with all important details of your order including shipping details. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that Pernille Holm Jewellery have received it.
Pernille Holm Jewellery may choose not to accept any order in Pernille Holm Jewellery’s sole discretion including - without limitation - in the case of pricing errors, inability to obtain authorization for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered does not satisfy Pernille Holm Jewellery’s quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the Terms and Conditions.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
All danish regulations in regard to online payment apply to this site.
The credit card used must be in your own name. All card owners are submitted to validation, control and approval of the credit card issuer. Should your credit card issuer refuse payment, Pernille Holm Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries. Should the credit card approval and validation fall though entirely Pernille Holm Jewellery reserves the right to annul the order.
When placing an order at the web shop you guarantee that information regarding your payment is correct and valid.
Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for shipment.
All your purchases are covered in accordance with Danish legislation by 2 years of warranty. It is a requirement that all claims are justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the products or other damaging behaviour.
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
For packages that are not collected at the post office/package pick-up within 14 days, Pernille Holm Jewellery reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and shipping companies' administrative costs.
PRICES, VAT AND CUSTOMS
All prices are in DKK incl. 25 % VAT. The prices listed do not include shipping costs.
When shipping international (outside the EU) there may also be import duties and taxes, which are charged once a shipment reaches your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle and pay any additional charges that might come at customs clearance. Pernille Holm Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging into any other currency.
Pernille Holm Jewellery reserves the right for errors in price and/or to alter prices in the webshop at any time.
